UX Strategy

Understanding the various stages of UX maturity has been instrumental in clarifying the extensive effort required to elevate our design processes. This insight has allowed me to appreciate the depth of work necessary to enhance user experiences effectively.
When facilitating UX sessions, journey maps, information architecture, and Miro serve as essential artifacts that help not only to establish but also to solidify the foundation for the project’s success, guiding the team through a clear visual representation of the user experience and the overall structure of the design process.

Locking in a design for the project was a significant milestone, but the decision to shift our strategy brought about new challenges, requiring us to reassess our use cases and validate the design once more to ensure it aligns with our updated objectives and meets the needs of our target audience.
